The Rakkun, known as the Unholy Ones to the Legarans, is an aggressive tribe of raccoon-like people who attacked the Squirrel-folk long ago, plunging them into a long war.
They live in the Underworld, accessible via a portal in giant wooden trash can located in the North, or portals created by Battlemages of the Legion.
